California · Holistic Nurse Patient Advocacy
Expert nurse-led care that bridges clinical precision with holistic wisdom — helping you live with purpose, clarity, and dignity through every stage of chronic or serious illness.
"I've sat with patients at their most vulnerable. I chose to work earlier in that journey."
WellNurse · Founding PhilosophyAbout WellNurse
WellNurse was founded on a belief that patients with chronic and serious illness deserve more than a diagnosis and a referral — they deserve a knowledgeable guide who sees the whole picture.
As a California BSN with board certification in both Hospice & Palliative Care (CHPN) and Holistic Nursing (HNB-BC), I bring a rare combination of clinical rigor and integrative philosophy to private patient advocacy. My background in palliative care gave me a deep understanding of symptom burden, disease trajectory, and what it truly means to prioritize quality of life.
I review your lab work, build a realistic and personalized care plan, accompany you (via telehealth or phone) to medical appointments, and help you navigate nutrition, risk factors, and the complex landscape of managing serious illness — all from a functional and holistic lens.
WellNurse services complement — never replace — your medical team. My role is to make sure your voice is heard, your goals are centered, and your care is truly coordinated.
What We Offer
Every service at WellNurse is designed around one principle: you are the expert on your own life, and I am here to bring clinical expertise into that life — not the other way around.
I translate complex results into language you can act on — connecting your numbers to your symptoms, your lifestyle, and your goals of care.
A personalized, holistic plan built around realistic health goals — integrating functional nutrition, risk reduction, and your full clinical picture.
I accompany you to medical appointments via telehealth or phone — asking the right clinical questions, taking detailed notes, and making sure nothing important goes unsaid.
Functional nutrition guidance integrated with your medical treatment — addressing inflammation, metabolic health, and lifestyle risk factors as part of your whole-person plan.
For those managing multiple medications, I review your full regimen for coherence — helping you understand interactions, side effects, and questions to raise with your prescribers.
Monthly support packages that keep all the pieces connected — providers, plans, and progress — so your care moves forward with intention and consistency.
Drawing on my CHPN certification, I offer specialized support for patients and families navigating serious, progressive, or life-limiting illness. This includes goals-of-care conversations, symptom management advocacy, care transition planning, and ensuring your wishes are understood and honored by your medical team — at every stage.
Quality of life is not a consolation — it is the goal. I bring both clinical expertise and deep humanity to this work.
Who We Help
WellNurse specializes in supporting people living with complex, chronic, and serious conditions — with a focus on whole-person dignity, realistic goals, and integrative care.
A new diagnosis of diabetes, an autoimmune condition, or a metabolic disorder can feel overwhelming. I help you understand what your diagnosis means, interpret your initial labs, and build a realistic functional plan — so you begin your journey with clarity, not fear.
Years of managing a chronic condition can lead to fatigue, fragmented care, and a sense of being lost in the system. I re-center your care around your current goals — addressing root causes, functional nutrition, and coordination across your provider team.
Managing multiple conditions means multiple medications — and often, multiple providers who don't always communicate. I review your full picture for coherence, flag concerns to raise with your care team, and help you have informed, empowered conversations about your regimen.
From early-stage hypertension to advanced heart failure, I support patients in understanding their condition, optimizing lifestyle and nutrition, and navigating a complex cardiology landscape — with a functional and holistic perspective that centers quality of life at every stage.
My CHPN certification reflects years of specialized practice alongside patients navigating life-limiting illness. I offer compassionate, clinically grounded support at the intersection of serious illness and whole-person care — including goals-of-care advocacy, comfort-focused care planning, family support, and ensuring your wishes guide every decision. This service is available for any diagnosis, at any stage.

"Every patient deserves a nurse who reads the whole chart — not just the diagnosis, but the person, the life, and the goals that make that life worth living."
WellNurse is grounded in the belief that clinical excellence and holistic compassion are not opposites — they are the same commitment, expressed differently. My palliative care background taught me that quality of life is never a secondary concern. It is always the point.
